Alex Lightman is an entrepreneur, speaker, and futurist with over two million words in print about the future.He is or has been advisor to 20+ Blockchain/crypto companies including Lottery.com, Science, Sense, BlocSide Sports, Good Money, BlockV, LibertyAIM, Fast Telecom, Nynja, Verity and Veridium. Lightman is popular keynote speaker and has spoken on crypto to acclaim in New York, London, Malta, Seoul, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Singapore, Los Angeles, Silicon Valley, San Juan (Puerto Rico), and Bucharest.He is a co-founder and board member of the Digital Asset Trade Association, respected for lobbying leading passing the five most pro-crypto laws in the USA, making Wyoming the best state in the USA for utility tokens. Lightman is the recipient of four global technology awards, including the first Economist Magazine Reader’s Award, and has written national innovation plans and technology transition plans for the US and Mexican governments and NATO. Jean-Philippe Beaudet is a graduate of the Ubisoft College gaming and software development program. Jean-Philippe worked on the research and development of natural language processing for a private American research lab, while cultivating an interest in machine learning and decentralized technologies. He co-founded S3R3NITY, which allowed him to launch numerous startups using this incubator. During this period, Jean Philippe contributed to major projects including a Bitcoin brokerage platform, a marketing data analytics tool for financial institutions, and a crowd-funding solution. An early advocate of blockchain technology, Jean-Philippe has contributed to the Bitcoin Embassy in Montreal since 2013, and is positioned centrally in the growing blockchain and AI community.

Andrew Padilla is an innovator and thought provoker who has a passion for tackling the issues  where data interoperability meets insight. Throughout his professional journey, Andrew has applied his unorthodox thinking in all professional capacities from consultant to  startup, to Fortune 500 (and back!).  The quest for solving the ‘last mile problem’ to insight has led Andrew to acquire expertise and interests in a number of related topics including integration, distributed computing, protocols, identity management, data governance,  evaluation of encrypted data which has culminated to his new focus on data marketplaces. Andrew believes the concepts that contribute to the enablement of a thriving global data markplace have turned the last mile problem on it’s head. He looks forward to contributing to this inflection point.

Dr Fenglian Xu, chief scientist, Aladdin Blockchain, is creating a platform for medical data to be shared between hospitals to aid diagnosis of latent chronic health conditions aiming to save hospitals large sums of money through early diagnosis and prevention, meaning that costly ongoing treatment of chronic diseases can be reduced and in some cases completely prevented. She is the former master inventor at IBM and one of the co-creators of the IBM Hyperledger blockchain. Fenglian personally holds 30 technology patents mainly in semantic text search, data and service management, security and blockchain technology fields.
